Our take
I bought these for my kids to start working out, and they're perfectly sized. The neoprene is soft and easy to grip, and the hex shape doesn't roll away. At 1 lb each, they're extremely light—great for physical therapy or very gentle toning, but useless for building muscle. The price seems high for what you get, but the quality is good. They'll last, just don't expect any real resistance.
